Rental Fees for In-Person Event

- Hourly rate is $145.00
- Minimum booking of 3 hours
- Pre-payment is required to secure the booking.
- For parties where liquor will be served, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.
- Events must end by midnight.
NOTE: We do not accept short duration rentals for late night parties serving alcohol
Do-it-yourself Hybrid Event
Our skilled Brix technician will set up a video camera, microphone, and speakers to integrate with your preferred Virtual Meeting Platform, such as Zoom or Teams. And for your peace of mind, our technician will be on standby to provide any necessary support throughout the event.
Half Day Package $600.00 (up to 4 hours)
Full Day Package $800.00 (up to 8 hours)

Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days before the event: Fee is fully refundable.
Between 60 and 31 days of the event: 50% of base fee will be charged.
Less than 30 days' notice of cancellation: 100% of base fee will be charged (no refund).
