What's not Included

Property and accident insurance are the responsibility of each group/person using the Brix Studio facilities. If you don't have a provider, you can purchase online event insurance at EventPolicy and select "Brix Studio" under the "Get Started" menu.

If you wish to serve alcoholic beverages at Brix Studio, then you are required to obtain a special event permit and provide a copy to Brix Studio prior to your event. Apply online at https://www2.gov.bc.ca/special-event-permit

A $250 cleaning fee is charged to parties serving alcohol at Brix Studio.

NOTE: We do not accept short rentals of late night parties serving alcohol
